Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We ship orders via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days after processing (additional fees apply).
International Shipping: Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dreamskc.org.
DREAMS KC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your tracking information shows "delivered," but you did not receive your order:
Check with your local carrier or post office.
Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.

For lost or stolen packages, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International shipping is available to select locations.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
International delivery times vary and may be subject to customs delays.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, please contact us immediately at support@dreamskc.org. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be eligible for a refund.

Local Delivery Option: Local Delivery is available within 10 miles of 5437 Highland Avenue, K.C., MO 64110.
Flat Fee: $15 per delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after payment is received.
