Due to the nature of our products, all sales of books and digital materials are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. To initiate a claim:
Emailsupport@dreamskc.org with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email support@dreamskc.org with your order number. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier errors. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, please check with your local carrier or post office. If your package has not arrived, contact us, and we will assist as best as we can.
All sales of digital downloads, including e-books and printable resources, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
